Just started and need to get off that "extra" weight, I am looking for a group that is active, However, I am 59 1/2 years, do hope that is ok?????

I live in the Southeast corner of the state of Nebraska and looking also for members in somewhere close to me that I could become a "friend" for support. (That is by close I mean the state of NE. Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, S Dakota,etc) Any body out there?
