Any Advice how to Shed 10lbs. by Feburary

Hello,

I am going to Mexico with my Fiance in the Middle of Febuary. I need to lose about 10, more like 20 pounds to feel good about myself in a bikini. I am trying to Jazzercize and Spin every other day but I wondering if that will be enough with a 1400 kcal daily diet to lose at least 10-15lbs. ????

Any Advise would be GREATLY Appreciated!

    You should probably add in some type of weights/strength training as well. It will give you more visible tone/results! I noticed a difference in about 3 weeks when I was strength training.

    And I think you'll be totally fine to lose 10-15 lbs in 2 months if you're really diligent about sticking to your goals... 20 lbs is a lot in that time unless you're really big to start.
