    hey i'm not sure i count as "eating more to weigh less" but you are welcome to look at my food diary. i am mostly vegetarian and eat pretty healthy. right now, working on going wheat-free and considering dairy-free as well, but that's for other reasons, not weightloss.

    You can look at mine, mostly healthy.. except saturdays.. but I have a few different menu items in there.

    Feel free to look at mine.

    Just note that I'm new here, so I've only been doing the EM2WL calorie amount for just under 1 week. There have been a couple of times where I had to just guess at my calories as we were at catered functions etc.

    So far I am having positive results from this lifestyle adjustment including more energy, better/sounder sleeps, weight loss (though none recorded on MFP as of yet) and I don't feel like this is something that will be hard to keep up with once I reach my targets.

    My diary's open - not sure if it'll help but your welcome to check it out. I log 99% of time. My goal is 1850 at the moment & my TDEE is 2050.
  • Mine is open. My TDEE cut is 20% or 2212 net daily calories. If I go over or under I attempt to make the adjustment the following day or 2. My goal is to net that daily average over 7 days.
