I am doing the old WW point System
(start weight)SW: 12/10-16/12 = 170LBS

Thursday-
B- hb egg
L- i had progresso soup and a chicken breast from KFC. I just started back with doing WW since i tried that whole primal thing and it didn't work.. for some reason i *thought* i remembered that the KFC chicken breast was only like 5pts. WAYYY OFF it was 9! I logged it AFTER i ate it too! Instant regret! Learned lesson there!!!
D- i made some flounder... was going to do sandwich but after i logged the recipe for the flounder that i pan fried I ditched the bread so i could have veggies...
Overall this week i feel like did "ok" - i want to start going fresh on my veggies instead of frozen. I love the frozen but they pack other stuff thats not so great. Its easier, they dont go bad if i do use it and thats my thinking but i also feel that fresh is less points and i can eat a whole lot more of it. This week i def have felt a little hungry at times... but i think thats a few reasons why. 1) maybe not spacing my food out correctly.. with kids/work/school/homework its hard. and i cook every night so we eat dinner late-ish. 2) doing primal i thought i could eat whatever i wanted as much as i wanted as thats how they promote food.. that made me gain all my weight back =\ and eat TONS im guessing LOL bc my stomach is shrinking to fit NORMAL sized portions again.
If anybody reads this, just so you know i dont have online at home =( and my phone doesn't go to the groups for some reason.. only can see my page and diary.
My goals for this weekend are to EAT all my points.. over the weekends i can be bad abt not eating much. Second goal is a bridge run on Sat and Sunday a trail run (if not raining) NO DRINKING!
My song that has encouraged me this week is "Need you now" (how many times) by Plumb. AWESOME song if you haven't ever heard it!0 -

That's good your noticing your choices effect your outcome. I realize that too this week. That's what i love about weight watchers it let's you see the cause and effect of your choices.0 -
