I am curious to know which parts of the workouts have you completed that made you feel effing awesome. Granted, I know each workout makes you feel like a superhero but are there any particular moves you really are stoked you've mastered.
Here's mine...
During month one...I was ecstatic when I could make it through all of the level one and two drills. COMPLETE. with good form!
During month two I am trying my hardest to master the side push-up. Yesterday I did 6 on each side (before I had to switch to me knees for the next 9 haha). I was so excited I texted like 4 people.
If you've made it to (or are in) recovery week I think everyone can agree that to make it through the arm burners feels like you deserve a medal and a pool full of gold.
When I started month 2 I was about to quite because it was so ridiculous and now I can do 12 side push ups?! WHAT?!?
What keeps you going?? What parts of the video are you beginning to master that you didn't think you would be able to??

I'm finishing up month one and going into recovery week today. Yesterday I was quite proud of the fact that I was able to do 1-2-3 Heisman's, suicides, and level one drills with perfect form and still keep up. As for ski abs and in-and-out abs... that's a whole different story. But with the moves I've mastered, I'm feeling great! Even when I was feeling a bit bloated and gassy (TMI, i know!) We will see what month 2 has in store for me.0

I like the keeping up with the 1,2,3 heismans! How do they move so fast??? I'd be at my max speed while everyone was on the second round "still warming up" I wasn't able to until I started doing it barefoot. (I also did it on carpet with my shoes!)
Congrats on finishing month one. Remember to push yourself for recovery!!0 -
Good idea !
Well done everyone on your own accomplishments. They're such good tools of motivation.
LOL @ texting 4 people! I skyped my brother, told all the family members around me and added it to my update feed when I could do a proper push up jack and lateral push up.
I've had a couple of moments. The first big one was when I managed to complete Speed & Agility for the first time. The next big one was was when I did Game Day which seemed daunting. I did all of it and had fun!
Every time that I can do a deeper push up, I'm so chuffed!0 -
I'm only halfway through my second week, but my first accomplishment came at the end of last week when I made it through the whole warmup without stopping and was able to work harder each round. I was slightly shocked when I first started Insanity and realized that THAT was just a warmup haha so I was quite impressed with myself when I made it to the end of those 9 minutes.
Other than that, I'm noticing that I'm able to go longer and longer without stopping which I'm happy with. I'll have to think about what my next small accomplishment will be – probably getting through the Level 1 drills without breaking.0
