I ran in my first 5K on saturday and was so pleased! I finished in 40:19 but I was most proud of the fact that I didn't walk once!!

    Awsome...you inspire me, I did my first 5k last Sat, not as impressive as you did,.. I will do better on 1-1-13 race in Long Beach...:smile:
