Hi everybody...new to this group (any actual group really)...not to the workout though. I'm on my 2nd consecutive insanity regiment and I LOVE IT!!! It's a lot like pre-season college track!!!!
I've technically got 2.5 weeks left. Unfortunately I've miscaluclated my workout end time by a week so I've started doubling up two days a week during my this second month to make up for the last week as I'll be out of the country. Anybody have any experience with this? It's actually not so bad, but my shins are hurting a bit.

Welcome.. Insanity is an awesome program.. Had knee issues with the Month 2 Plyo, but other than that, loved it!! I'm doing a Les Mills Pump/Insanity hybrid right now and will add Combat in the mix on the 17th..0

How are you eating enough to fuel yourself through 2 max workouts a day? On the Max Cardio/Insane Abs days I feel like its impossible to eat enough, I can't imagine a day with Max Interval/Max Plyo.
That said, I'm more than a little impressed that you're doubling up on the month 2 workouts. I managed it a couple times in month one, but I'm not sure I could do it in month 2.0 -

I feel like all I do is eat...and eat and eat, on double days. Sometimes I feel I'm not getting enough or MPF says I'm not, but I seem to be alright though. Yesterday I made it through circuit, cardio and abs. I was spent at the end though. I try not to put the circuit/plyo workouts on the same day...put cardio with one of them. Too much jumping.
I'll be mixing in Les Mills Combat in my next round...mix it up a bit. Happy happy happy cardio :happy:0 -
Awesome to hear you're going a 2nd time. I'm on week 6 of my second plus i completed a hybrid of P90x/Insanity in between.0
