If you included 4 hrs of exercise in your TDEE activity level choice, and you hit all of those workouts, you do not eat back exercise calories.
If you added a 5th hr because you had the time, you'd need to eat probably 200 more to help out.
If you missed a workout, you'd drop 200 that day. if you made it up, eat it back that day.
