I just recieved my JMBR and its missing a DVD!!!

Has this happened to anyone? I am so disappointed! Its the phase 1, workout 4 DVD that is missing. I have to call them tomorrow. I sure hope I don't have to send EVERYTHING back and pay shipping on top of their mistakes. :[

    Uh oh! None were missing in mine, but they were all floating around in the box. They weren't in their little sleeves. Did you check in all the books to see if it slipped in between the pages of one of them?

    Yes! I looked through everything. All the DVDs were floating around inside the cover box. I sure hope customer service can send only that DVD. :[ ughhh.

    Customer service was awesome!! They are sending the missing DVD ASAP. <3 Disregard the rumors. They are very nice!

    Ths good! I have always found their customer service to be very helpful! They sent me the black band no charge when they had originally given me a cheap green one.
