Well,things are going good so far,just some little aches and pains,here and their. I cut back on my speed,it seem to help.
Walking 3.4mph,running 6.4mph. Just read about having the treadmill in a slight incline,that was a good tip,since when I started this,I was running outside. I must admit, I like running outside better. Going to enjoy the 2 rest days,and just walk at 3.0mph for a hour a day,on those days off. Must admit,little nervous for W4,but I know I can run for 5min. This has been a great journey for me so far.

Nice work.
The apprehension is normal but I think you'll find that C25k is more mental than physical at times. Don't psych yourself out with worry, just listen to your body.0 -
Week 3 is totally killing me! I am glad to see there is hope though! lol0
