I've mastered Paleo over the past 2 years.
Due to pre-existing staghorn kidney calcifications I need to lower my oxalates...
Looking for new friends in a similar position if there are any of you out there.

That's pretty specific, so probably won't be a stampede to respond ;-) Personally I'm aware of oxalates in food (they're not just in leafy vegetables) and try to prepare to maximize the benefits while minimizing the negatives. This mostly means finding the freshest vegetables possible and cooking to reduce oxalates. In addition with kale for instance, I grow a variety (dinosaur kale) that's low in oxalates.

I understand that folk who've had a gall bladder removal op, also need low oxalate. There may be some good info about oxalate levels on those forums/sites that you could then adapt to paleo?

Best wishes with this latest dietary change for you!
