I use the Momentum Points or the Old Points formula. Though I'll be very honest. I'm learning to wean off of points. Although I may look at my TOTAL daily points value for a specific day to see how I did, I am not focusing on points to plan my meals. I'm more so trying to stay at about 300-350 calories per meal. That will usually allow some room for snacks and I won't go over 1,200 calories this way. I do this because MFP obviously doesn't give you points on their journal so when I'm out and about I can only see calories through my phone. AT home one the computer I use a script that I installed that will give me points next to the myfitnesspal Diary and that's how I know how many points I had that day. I usually write total points on the Notes section of my food diary. Feel free to see my diary anytime. It is open to the public. I got nothing to hide! and No shame!
As of tuesday my weight was 155.

Today I went out to eat with the family to an italian restaurant. The baked ziti was estimated...I just picked Olive Garden out of a hat. Don't really know how many calories it was. I did eat only 1/2 the plate. Today my weight has remained stable so it's good.0
