I have recently decided that I would like to set a body fat % goal. Now I'm wondering what my goal weight should be. Is there a way to figure that out? If there is, here's my stats:
5'5"
142 pounds
27% body fat
Would like to be 20%
If any more stats are required, let me know!

Thank you! What a handy little tool that is
. Seems my goal weight was pretty on par. I set it 129, and the tools says I should weigh 130.

Thanks heybales! I checked them both out, and they seem to be on target for what I would like to achieve. The second one said I should weigh 128 at 20% so not far off from the first one I tried, and only 1 pound less than my goal weight. Seems I was a pretty good "guesstimator" when I set my goal. Lol.0
