Fruit and supplement question

Hey all,

I am currently trying to lose some weight so I have been limiting my fruits. So I am wondering if a multivitamin is enough to get what I am missing from lack of fruit? I also take a omega and probiotics.. what do you take being paleo? I can't workout at the moment due to a injury, so I don't think I need the fruit right now. any advice is appreciated :)

    What vitamins are you most concerned with? I would just focus on getting in your veggies and sticking with berries.

    Meats + veggies + occasional organ meats = no need for fruit or multis.

    You don't need multi. You might want to take omega 3 pills/liquid daily. The veggies has the most of multi-v's thing.
