Kick start week

Hi all, I started today with the kick start week so I got up at 6 am to do my morning workout before the kids get up, I will do the pm workout tonight after the baby goes down for the night.
I have a couple of questions.
I know you shouldn't work out on an empty stomach but if ate before working out at 6am it would make me feel ill so do you think it's ok to have my breakfast when I usually do after the kids are up and fed so about 8.30?
My second question is about fluid intake, I drank a lot of water during working out and felt quite ill after the workout this morning so much so that I had to lie on the floor after the workout. This is not because the workout was too much for me because I really felt it was manageable doing some of the advanced moves and will definitely be adding more weights tomorrow morning. Do you think I maybe just drank too much water on an empty stomach?

Hi Doll! I'm done with BR. The inches fell off. I always workout in the am on an empty stomach. I do not drink anything until my workout is complete. Maybe try less water during workout?0

Thank you for the advice, I only drank a few sips of water during the workout today and drank a good bit after the workout and didn't feel I'll. to be honest I don't have much time even to grab a sip during the workout as she is very quick to move onto the next move not like 30ds where there was always a little bit of time to grab a drink. I felt like I nearly died doing the cardio workout last night I had to lie on the floor after it was over until I got my breath back!! Hopefully at the end of the 90 days I'll be feeling much fitter.0
