Random thoughts from a Quadragenarian:
• Why doesn't the Rogaine company focus its research on the rapid growth and resiliency of ear, nose and neck hair?
• After years of savvy Christmas gift hoarding, there will be at least three new and unused tri-fold wallets in my nightstand when I die. (Note to self...consider addendum to the will.)
• I have repeated everything my father ever said to me (that humbled, inspired and/or pissed me off) to at least one other person in the last 10 years .
• I have complained about and/or praised the increased annual precipitation level (or the lack) in the Southeast publicly .
• When I was growing up I thought my Dad knew EVERYBODY...now I find that I appreciate a good conversation with a total stranger.
• I remember when gas was under a dollar and we complained about it then too.
• They say memory is the first thing to go as we age and I can never remember what else is on that list.
