  • Started the challenge at 222 (Started weight-loss pre-MFP at 230)
    Week 1 - 221
    Week 2 - 219
    Week 3 - 217
    Week 4 - 215
    NYE Goal Weight - 212

    I'm starting to feel pretty confident about this! I just have 3lbs to go, and two weeks to do it in! :bigsmile:

    I started at 150 lbs on Thanksgiving Day which was my lowest weight. Scale has moved very slow but
    last week I hit 149 and this week I am down to 148. I have followed my diet except a few dinners out
    which I have tried to just eat small portions. I have kept my workouts the same only missing one day
    a week. My goal is 145 by January 1st.

    So, after a couple of stressful weeks where I wasn't really up to it, and didn't have a lot of time to check in I finally got the courage to step on those scales again..

    SW 295
    GW 280

    (WK 1) = 291.9
    CW = 289

    Goal = 15 lbs, lost so far = 6 lbs, remaining = 9 lbs to go (for the challenge)

    CW Dec 11 182 ( had a terrible cold and didnt eat much so this may be temporary.) Anyway 3 to go.

    apparently i've gained 6 pounds since yesterday. yesterday i weighed the same as I did last week. I'm not posting this week because I have no idea how much i really weigh.

    I'm either above my starting weight or I still have 3 out of 7 to go. Not sure.

    So, I've been weighing 61.4 ALL WEEK, but my scale decided it was a good joke to show me a higher number this morning. I'll still take that higher number as my official challenge weight. I want to be truth to myself and to the rest of members. Grrr, i really hate it when my weight plays these tricks on me!!! The funny thing is that this evening i weighed myself fully dressed at the gym and I was below 62, but whatever....

    Let's say I lost 400grams (almost a pound)... officially.
    *sigh*

    Hate to say this.....but I may skip this week. The last weekend was filled with craving temptations... plus I am experiencing some mother nature issues, so I am going to rest this week and see what unfolds next week....

    I wish I could blame my lack of motivation on "the Holidays" but it is completely not that at all..... I am needing to get my motivation back.
