Started the challenge at 222 (Started weight-loss pre-MFP at 230)

I'm starting to feel pretty confident about this! I just have 3lbs to go, and two weeks to do it in! :bigsmile:0 -
I started at 150 lbs on Thanksgiving Day which was my lowest weight. Scale has moved very slow but
last week I hit 149 and this week I am down to 148. I have followed my diet except a few dinners out
which I have tried to just eat small portions. I have kept my workouts the same only missing one day
a week. My goal is 145 by January 1st.0 -
So, after a couple of stressful weeks where I wasn't really up to it, and didn't have a lot of time to check in I finally got the courage to step on those scales again..

apparently i've gained 6 pounds since yesterday. yesterday i weighed the same as I did last week. I'm not posting this week because I have no idea how much i really weigh.
I'm either above my starting weight or I still have 3 out of 7 to go. Not sure.0 -
