Watched the Layne Norton video on metabolic damage that was posted the other day.

The comment I posted:
After dieting for almost a whole year. Hit a plateau towards the end and had to drop cals down around 1500 (NET)to keep losing. Decided to eat at "maintenance" for a month and then started losing again at 1800. When I started my bulk in Sept I raised my cals up to 2300+workout and gained 3 pounds really fast but then could not gain any weight at those cals. Raised again to 2500 to start gaining again and even that has started to slow down on weight gain.
^All these calories were NET intake as I follow the exercise calorie model.

I have also watched many of the videos with Eric Helms and how he incorporates them into his clients diets.

Was just looking for opinions and information on incorporating them into my next cut.
