Anyone else experience foot cramps?

After 4 weeks of doing Insanity, I was hoping my arches would adjust. I feel that my feet are losing feeling often during the workouts, and sometimes in the middle. I end up having to stop so I can stretch out my arches.
Could it be my shoes, or should I do certain stretches?

The other day I saw a Q&A with Chalene Johnson and she had a similair question.
She replied that it is often caused by the shoes you wear or the socks... Here is the link:

I thought the whole Q&A was very interesting.0 -
I started with foot cramps, but because I can't afford to go buy another pair of shoes that I don't know will work (you can spend up to 1000-1500 on a good athletic shoeI think that mine were around 500) , I started to play around with the laces. I found that my not having my laces too tight, that a lot of the pain has gone away. weird idea, but put cream on your feet at night with socks on while you sleep. It might help to relieve the pain. Good luck!0

I hadn't experienced any foot cramps until today. It might be the padding, or lack of padding in your shoes. I noticed mine are more of a hard plastic base which work out well for running, but not for the continuous sharp movements that Insanity requires. Also, I think my laces were a little too tight, completely different from what emily-bird mentioned. Just going off what I experienced today. Oh and also started week 6, so the different moves may have played a part in it.0
