No more running this week - came down with the flu. Feeling a lot better, but not enough to run!0 -

Sun: Lazy butt.
Mon: Lazy butt x 2. (did do 60 squats).
Tue: 10.80mi Stationary Cycling + 1.76mi Elliptical (80 squats)
Wed: 1.5mi Elliptical (80 squats) (crazy rain storm + poor visibility driving + pending snowstorm kept me from going to gym tonight and running like planned :grumble: )
Thu: (40 squats)
Fri: (90 squats)
Sat: 5.70mi run

Sat was great this wk! Set a goal to walk 6 mi. I made goal! I'm usually last on the totem pole since running isn't what it used to be. That doesn't mean it time to sit back. Now there are more injured runner's in grp. So for Sat was able to have some company walking. Outdoor cycling is my other option. That's been temp put on hold because of frosty or wet mornings. A friend is going to let me borrow her trainer. No sitting allowed!:flowerforyou:
