Hey! I'm trying to figure out a vegan protein source that is slow-digesting. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thanks! :o)

I thought slow digestion was bad? Is there an up side to slow digestion?

I'm pretty sure soy is slow digesting, but a better protein powder would be Vega because its from a variety of sources.

I figured it out...Hemp is actually the slowest vegan form of protein, but I also check the amino acid profile of my protein powder and the closest to 100 the number, the better and it's over 100 so it's good! :) Thanks guys!

When you type in a food it will tell you the protein quality of it and there is a link you can click that will tell you more about it! :o)
