What kinds of exercise are you doing?

I'm curious what you do for exercise.

I do cardio just before I do my weights. Right now for weights, I'm concentrating on kettlebell workouts. I got bored of doing dumbbells. For cardio, I walk/jog or do the cycle or elliptical machine at the gym.

    right now all i have been doing is jilliam michaels 30 day shred, 20 min a day, im almost to day 20 and can see a huge difference already. after xmas i will be adding some more cardio.

    I do Krav Maga a few times a week, and I alternate lifting and cardio on the off days.

    You're so lucky! Do you go to a class? My husband has been looking for a teacher in our area who teaches Krav Maga. He had to get DVDs, but it's not the same as a live teacher.

    I stick to the basics.
    Run on the treadmill, squats, push ups, my favorite--standing bicycle crunch (or at least that's what I call it. I'm not sure what the real name is.)
    Occasionally, a good session of yoga as well. :smile:
