hi im sarah i have just joined the group i only joined the site last week. im 34 and im from england im 208 pounds and 5ft 4 i want to lose the pounds but still keep my curves.
I'm curious what you do for exercise. I do cardio just before I do my weights. Right now for weights, I'm concentrating on kettlebell workouts. I got bored of doing dumbbells. For cardio, I walk/jog or do the cycle or elliptical machine at the gym.
I work as a receptionist, so I have a lot of time to be bored and browse the internet. I always find myself obsessing over finding out how much celebs weigh and how tall they are. I don't know why I do it, it only makes me feel worse. Is this just me that does this? x
