All right everyone... Our challenge this week is as follows...
1. 240 Minutes of Cardio
2. 200 Lunges
3. 250 Sit Ups
4. 60 minutes of Pilates/Yoga/Stretching/Swimming
I made it a little harder, because I was not able to finish last week's due to my sickness!

Lunges are pretty bothersome for my hips so I'm replacing it with stair climbing. Almost finished for this week!0 -
