It's Sunday, day #1 of the rest of my life! Motivation is high today. I've been eating right, but I have to get up and move!!!! Where's my peeps at? Let's get moving!!! I have 88 lbs to go and that starts now!!!! :glasses:

    That's my problem, I know I need to get up and move but I don't! Especially with the holiday eating that is to come. My husband walks every day. I have a Y membership with my Silver Sneakers but I don't go.
