Week 5 Challenge: Deadline December 23

This week's challenge: Feel good about yourself...Every day write down 1 or 2 things you are proud of yourself for. It doesn't have to be food or exercise related but if it is, even better. You don't have to share them here every day but make at least one entry by weeks end. The better we feel mentally, the better we will feel physically and it will be an unending chain of positivity. Well, that's the hope anyway :wink:

    Things I am proud of this week: Sunday-I got up on time and made it to work on only 4 hours(or so) of sleep on a double back. Monday-Came home from work and did my Jillian Michaels work out, even though I didn't feel like it. Tuesday-Prepared for my day of shopping/Chipotle/Starbucks by doing JM workout and still stayed under my calorie intake for the day. Wednesday-allowed myself to have a Christmas treat at bowling league but did not go over board. Thursday-I did not kill Robert when I started cleaning house (to prepare for holiday guests) and he sat down at the computer to play games. Friday-Told Robert I was stopping after work for 1 beer with Julie and Trish and only had one beer! And then I did my JM workout :). Saturday-only smoked 2 ciggarettes on the way to work instead of my usual 3-4. Quitting is a work in progress....
