Down a bit more, 190.4 for me this week, was 192 last week, so 1.6 gone

    Still 168lbs, which I am enormously pleased about as this week has been very mince pie heavy!

    Morning all, only one week to go so let's make it count!

    Today I am recording 145.6, the lowest I've been since I started MFP in February 2011. Very pleased with that :bigsmile:

    I'm down to my lowest weight of 168.5lbs which is a loss of 1.25lbs from last week :happy:

    Hi everyone and well done.

    Same for me, 145lbs. Just happy going into christmas feeling quite trim.

    Best of luck for next week, it may be a rocky road.

    Down 2lbs this week - 188lbs, brilliant!!

    I seem to have passed some weird "magic" number as I've had so many comments this last week, some of them in the middle of important meetings?!? This is spurring me on and lifting my confidence no end.
