What are some of your favorite seasonings or condiments that you use constantly? I'll share a couple of mine.
- Fish sauce (make sure it's just fish/salt and no "extras")
- cumin
- citrus juice

-Salt

I love garlic on anything. I like Bragg's liquid aminos when I want something soy-saucy without the huge sodium hit. Sriracha or chili-garlic paste when I want some heat, and cinnamon or vanilla when I want some sweet. I'm a believer that a pan full of fresh sliced onion and peppers can make a meal of any piece of meat, they add so much flavor they're almost like a condiment. And when I really feel like having a dip, I mix a touch of maple syrup into mustard to make tangy maple mustard, great on everything from chicken to cut up fresh veggies.0

I am in love with Trader Joe 21 seasoning stuff...all sorts of stuff in one bottle - dash it on...
I am a spice ho -
I have a ton of Pampered Chef ones I use - some of them have a small amount of "non primal/paleo" things in them - but since I am using a small amount I dont worry about it...
some of my favorites
Buffalo rub - hands down favorite
Chili Lime Rub
Chive and Tarragon (great on fish or mixed in with some tuna)
Other stuff
Franks Red Hot
Fresh Dill
Cumin
Fresh Ground Sea Salt and pepper (I get the good stuff from Whole Foods...the $20/lb might scare people off - but a scoop of each lasts me quite a while and costs like $3-4 each)0 -
Lime juice
Scallions chopped and sprinkled on top
Balsamic vinegar
Black pepper (especially on soft cooked eggs)
Sea salt
Wholegrain mustard
And I love the flavour of bay leaves, so add them to lots of soups, stews etc that I cook.0 -
I have almost every herb and spice now. I just got Mark Sisson's new book. It has sauces, dips, rubs, and dressings. The cajun rub I think has become my fave. I put it on my bacon and eggs now. You'll have to get it. There's recipes for mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. All Primal/Paleo friendly.
And there's another book I found (I borrowed through Amazon Prime) called Well Fed - it's Paleo. She's got some great seasoning recipes in it, too. Will be trying the basic cauliflower rice tonight!
Cumin
Coriander
Curry
Tumeric
Chinese Five-Spice
Pumpkin Spice
All the Italian Seasonings.
Gluten-Free Tamari rather than coconut aminos. I didn't like the metallic taste I got with the aminos (Bragg's). Tamari is soy sauce but I don't drink it by the bottle so I don't worry about it too much.
Chives
lemon and limes
Live my hot sauces
