So the way the two schedules are falling - I'm basically doing upper and lower body workouts on the same days. YIKES. It's great to push myself, but I"m totally shredding myself at the same time.
Saturday I did Combat HIIT Plyo, Inner Warrior - than ran a 5K with my kids. Yesterday I did Combat 45 (my favorite so far) and then P90X2 Recovery and Mobility. Today I did Combat Warrior Lower Body and P90X Back and Base, I think my legs were rubber when I got done. I'll do P90X2 Ab Ripper X at my lunch hour and then rest tonight, with Tai Cheng.
Tomorrow I start week 2 with Combat 60 and P90X2 Chest, Back, Balance. Wednesday is Arms and Shoulders and HIIT Power, both upper body work. I'm trying to figure out which to do first - Combat or P90X2 since I do them both first thing in the AM. Last week I did P90X2 first - but thinking I"m liking Combat first because it gets me warm and moving then I can skip the P90X2 warm up and foam rolling and it gives me time to get both complete.
I have a follow up appointment tomorrow, which may totally kick me off track.

I thnk I'm tired just reading your post! Try not to over do things...I'd hate to hear you've injured yourself as a result. I'm in awe of your discipline though. Can't wait to hear your results!0

I've done doubles during training for 2 years straight. It's not something I'm not used to but it's typically running and cross training. This is a little different. My pending MRI is from a fall I took during my marathon, I have no pain, but dr wants to rule out anything before telling me to continue. He then wants me to join his Tri-Athlete team YIKES, doubt I will do that, but certainly not something I'm not used to.0
