Hey, New to working Midnights!

I just started working as a CNA at a local Nursing home and i have no idea how to set up a steady eating schedule. I don't really have a problem with staying up from 2200-0700 but i cant seem to figure out how to go about not over eat at night or under eating during the day. When do i workout those kind of things. I really enjoy my job but i still want to continue to lose weight.
I hope someone can help!:tongue:
