I am doing a walk at home program lets see what happens. Goal is to lose 8 lbs for the month April, I have been stuck and have not lost I have been gaining. Wish me luck.
April 8 Monday - 191 lbs
Lost 1 lb so far and I have lost half an inch on my waist and thighs, so I guess it's all good. I still have 7 lbs to reach my goal for the month of April.
I weighed in yesterday and lost another pound, and half inch off my waist and quarter inch off my hips.

My laptop crashed and burned 3 weeks ago. Without MFP I just blew it. I now know how important this website and my pals are to me. I need the motivation and support. I purchased my new laptop this past weekend. I'm back and refocused. Never give up! It was difficult to get on the scale but I had to do it for accountability.0 -
