May I just say, eating at TDEE is a TON of food. That's all.

2500 calories a day for me is a LOT.

Wow Marge - 2500! And I thought 2200 was bad. I have discovered that a glass (or 2) of milk at every meal and snack has a double benefit - ups my calories and also my protein.

This is day 5 (started Thursday), and I was actually hungry for breakfast this morning. Can't say the same for am snack, or lunch shortly though. I'm about the same today (+.4) but am feeling fat around the middle. I'm very surprised I haven't packed on the pounds.

But eating at TDEE is so much better than eating low-cal, being starving, having no energy, and STILL not losing weight. If the volume of food seems like too much, try adding foods like nuts, full-fat coconut milk, full-fat yogurt, avocados etc. Your skin, hair and nails will look amazing!

If you find this hard to do at times just remember why you are here in the first place. It gets easier and the weight you gain as your body adjusts to proper fueling WILL come off.
