Asda Mince

I thought that meat was 0 carbs, but when I bought a packet of lamb mince from asda that says it is 100% lamb the nutrition information says 0.4g/100g I appreciate that this is a small amount, but it does make me raise the question. Can there be carbs in mince?

    Technically, meat has a small amount of carbs. I refuse to count carbs from meat.

    If there are seasonings in it that may account for some carbs, but as LauraDotts mentioned many seemingly carb *free* items have carbs (eggs/egg whites is one of them).
