New + Travel Advice

Hey all!

New to MFP, got put on by my friend shortly after Thanksgiving and have (somehow, hah!) lost about 10lbs. I'm going to spend a month in some developing nations in Asia and haven't the slightest idea of how to keep up an exercise and healthy eating regimen while i'm out there--1st world problems.

Anyone had any success when not in arm's reach of a gym and where most foods won't have nutritional facts listed? I'd hate to lose momentum.
