This is a great site
Not sure if you guys know, but this is a great addition that links with the Aria scale.........lets you know where you are and takes out the ups and downs of weighing. It really smooths away any day to day fluctuations. It keeps you on track and evens out your weigh-ins, so it helps mentally - for me anyway.
