phase 2 cardio

I've started phase 2 wk 5/6 however I don't feel I'm ready for cardio 2. The bottoms of my feet hurt bec. of all the jumpin plus I can't finish it. The max I can do is finish round 2 and my soles are hurting like crazy. Would it be wrong to stick with cardio 1 until I'm ready? It still gives me a good workout.

    I would suggest a good pair of shoes. I have a flat foot and if I don't have support I can't get any of my workouts done.

    Cardio 2 is just hard. I would suggest pushing through you're are capable of doing more than you think you can. My feet start to hurt with all the plyo during this one. Not like achy, but something else more intense pain. I just pause it when I need to take a minute and then press play. If you tell yourself you can't do something then you won't be able to do it. I'm on Week 5 also and it's tough. I hate Cardio 2.

    thanks. good to know I'm not the only one. today i pushed myself to get through round 2. I hate cardio 2 too.
