Dr. totally released me to do whatever I want exercise wise. My ankle fracture is totally healed. I'm still headed to Physical Therapy for some ultrasound on my glute insertion tear, but he said that shouldn't restrict me from anything. I'm SO excited. I'm running at lunch today, so I skipped P90X2 chest and shoulders and only did HIIT Power and Inner Warrior this AM. Will only do 5 miles at lunch, should be easy.

Can hardly wait to get my calendar out and add some races back in. My 2013 goal is to take time off my half marathon. I'm currently at a perfect 2:00 half, hoping to get a 1:55 this year, maybe do my first 10K and get my 5K under 24 minutes.
