hello!!! is there anyone still comitted???

well i just figured i would check in...i re-re-re-re started lol again this monday cuz well i keep straying and ive had enough!! Ive been keeping up since monday and also incorporating some fast walking and jogging!!! Im feeling really great and its about time! I know its only been three days but thats way better then going backwards like i kept doing!!! Hope theres atleast a few that are still killing this diet! , let me know how your doing! I promised myself im going to be perfect other then christmas meals...not going to go crazy just wont be perfect! :blushing: happy humpday:drinker:

    I am on day 17 of the Accelerate , this was actually easier than I thought it would be..

    Hey there! I have not been fully committed. I started a different birth control 3 weeks ago, and it has made me so messed up. I am dizzy and nauseous all the time, and also I have the munchies like crazy-this birth control has a side effect where it causes you to crave carbs! I have never heard of such a thing, but was craving everything, sweets, pastas, breads, etc...so i was looking up the side effects of this birth control, and sure enough-carb sensitivity and glucose issues! HOWEVER, I do keep the staple items of the plan in my house/fridge, so usually when I am snacking, I am snacking on plan approved items. I haven't been working out..i tried getting back into it the other day, but the dizziness doesn't work out so well with the JM 30ds. :( Walking, I almost fall over. It is like I have vertigo. So, I pick up my new bc pill pack friday...I am going to have my doc change my 'script.

    I am trying to contain my cravings as of yesterday...I really want to commit to this all over again, and at least do it for the rest of December and into January until i start JM Body Revolution. I heard it has a diet to it...but, I think it is a lot of clean eating, so, the 17 day diet may be able to be incorporated with it. :) We shall see once I get my materials and review everything.

    Noirnatural- How has Accelerate treated you? That is awesome that you stayed on it for the full 17 days! It is so strange that so many of us have started and restarted it so many times, because it really isn't THAT restrictive, and the positives far outweigh the negatives usually!

    Its not hard at all...when i did this the first time i was also surprised at how simple it was and i keep trying and trying and straying...mostly the food i eat is good im just not eating enough and theres days where i do good with no sweets then others its like i cant say no!! I dont like it! So ive been trying to eat more the way i did it the first time and drink my tea and water ofcourse and its been a good week mostly!!! so as i finish my 17days i will weigh in even if its just a few pounds it better the gaining the few pounds ive been doing! Im pretty mad at myself! Ugh!! Ok kick *kitten* and keep me informed how ur all doing and i hope u all have great success

    And janelle im sorry to hear about those side effects..sounds like hell loli already crave those things so i definitely dont need something making those cravings worse!hope the new script works better and hopefully the diziness goes away! How horrible! I havent done 30ds in about a week but i started jogging at night so im hoping to do that and the shred or some other form of workout so i can obviously burn more cals! Well good luck! And atleast if your making the right choices most of the time then your better off! :-)

    I did pretty good I lost 8lbs, I was somewhat disappointed because I was expecting a higher number but mother nature visited on day 13 and halted my progress but as my husband pointed out I didnt gain weight I actually have been able to maintain the 8lb loss...the food was easy I am vegetarian so once I decided on what proteins I would eat I was okay, and I figured out that I actually get half of my water intake in at night, Its easier for me and keeps my hydrated at night, I noticed that I feel more refreshed in the mornings when I wake up
    The other thing I did was to take pictures on day one, and today. I dont see any change yet but I am going to retake the pictures at the end of the week when my visitor is gone...lol..
