I love to plan. I could plan all day and plan everything...trips, meals, dates, lessons, workouts, etc.

A dear friend here on MFP is helping me get my act together and asked me to plan out my exercise. Cool! LOL

I am looking at my calendar and am completely overwhelmed. I am a homebody - I hate to leave the house. But, boy, is January filling up. So I guess my goal is to make the exercise a priority. :)

Just thought I'd get some conversation going. :)

    I am also a big fan of planning. Planning exercise is a good way to get it done. It is also a good way to deal with the "but I don't have time to...." type conversations.
