Has anyone used Paleo Bread for meatloaf or meatballs?

I am also looking for a bread crumb alterative for chicken fingers.

    Crushed pork rinds. I haven't tried it, but that's what I've heard. Almond or coconut flour also works.

    I've ground up raw or frozen cauliflower in the food processor to use in place of crumbs in meatloaf and meatballs. Works and tastes great.

    I haven't tried it but I bet coconut flour would be great on chicken fingers.

    For some reason, I just can't eat cauliflower. Now I was going to try coconut flour this weekend on chicken fingers... I will let you know.

    I couldn't taste the cauliflower in the meatloaf or meatballs.
