I'm on week 7 but due to it being my oncall (IT production support) week this week and seems everything that can blow up IS I haven't been able to keep my workout schedule which includes running after work. So I wonder...If I take a week off should I start the whole program over (re-train my legs/lungs), repeat week 7 (hope my legs/lungs don't give out ), or just pick up where I left off?

What y'all think?...

I'd just repeat the week or drop back to week 6. You certainly won't need to start completely over after missing a single week.

After week 7 day 1 I had to take more than a week off because I had the flu. I picked up with week 7 day 2 and the run was easier than the previous ones had been. I think the time off was actually beneficial because my body was so well-rested.

I've had to take a week off a couple of times for various reasons. I just picked back up where I left off and felt fine. I figured worse case I'd have to add a couple of minutes of walking.
    Good luck. You'll do great!
