snack choices while on vacation

I need some help/tips on low-carb and low-fat snacks. I am currently on a low-carb plan called Dukan diet. The plan is low-carb and low fat as well. The carb sources are mainly from limited servings of certain vegetables (non-starchy kind like greens, mushrooms, etc..).

I will be vacationing with my family in a ski place where we will outdoors pretty much the entire day...Any ideas for snacks that I can carry easily carry around in my pocket/backpack ? also, I cannot eat nuts as they are high in fat.

I tried dukan.. Gave up due to the lack of fat.

What about hard boiled eggs? Or veggie sticks and a Greek yogurt based dip mixed up in a little tupperware container.

I am glad to hear about Dukan- I looked into it last week- but way too expensive for me right now. Snacks would be tough if its both low carb and low fat. I would probably have some of my favorites since its vacation and keep up working out during the time. I find any program that says certain foods are not ever to be had will lead to eventual failure- at least that has been my case.
I stick to low carb, whole foods. And I don't go fat crazy either- but I have nuts when I want snack- pistachios, peanuts or sunflower- having them in the shell provides both the time to remove and less calories consumed. I have even been thinking of getting a bunch of those mixed nuts that you have to crack yourself?

How about beef jerky? It's low carb and easy to carry and needs no refrigeration. I had some deer jerky last week!
