Yes,I did it. I notice,on day 1, I started maybe out to fast 6.5mph,walking 3.5mph. So on Day2, I lower my
speed to 6.0mph,walking 3.0,that seem to help,and also,I did better on controlling, my breathing. So happy,I made it
thru Day 3, no problems. Starting W5D1,Saturday.
