Hey there, so I do about 1 hour of pop Pilates everyday, and then maybe 30-40 minutes cardio using the ntc app. I do this 6 days a week, but other than the exercise the rest of time I spend mostly just at home sitting since it's the holidays and I'm not moving/walking around as much. I'm only asking this because I need some reassurance, I've been at a plateau for a month now

So 10 hrs, 600 min of heavy cardio a week then.
BMR multiplier of 1.67.
Between Moderate and Very Active levels.
Don't cheat yourself by thinking you are playing it safe and going lower. With that much cardio, you can't afford to be going lower than recommended or you'll just be burning muscle.0 -
Then my tdee would be around 2400 and my 15% cut would be around 2000 if I've done the maths correctly? This seems a bit much I'm getting about 1800 everyday right now.. I should probably up my calories yes?0

What formula did you use to calculate your TDEE? You say " my TDEE would be around 2400..." You have to know your BMR first. I may have missed you stating that.0 -

If that is a BMR based on weight and bodyfat%, then yes.
If based on age, weight, height, then possibly not, depends on how close the 2 are.
If indeed based on Katch BMR of 1437 or abouts, you got it.
I hope that doesn't sound high for 10 hrs of exercise. You are really just making up for it sounds like a very sedentary lifestyle outside the exercise.
Your body may not feel like moving because it tired because it's underfeed for that big level of activity.0 -
my bmr is 1498 (calculated using scoobys workshop) I'm going to take a diet break next week and after that I'll try to eat at 2000?0

Then that was not bodyfat.
Check that out, may be a meaningful difference, may not be.
