left then I am finshed the c25k my next run acording to the forcast is in 20 cm of snow lol
got to love living in the upper ottawa valley in ontario canada
Will I runn it ............. you bet ya lol

    I start week 9 tomorrow. We're looking at snow as well. I prefer to run outside, but will use the new gym in my complex need be. I start 5k to 10k after the New Year!
