How do u ladies deal with the pre cycle cravings? Mines starts a week before my cycle. I feel like im always snacky. Therefore going over my calorir count.

    I've only gotten cravings since starting my diet. Maybe I didn't notice before because I could have what I craved? I crave pizza and chinese food. x.x

    I get terribly snackish!!! I do two things, the first is to really increase the protein at my main meals during the PMS week. I also make sure that I have some lower calorie healthy options around. For me, I really crave salty and fatty foods, heeellloooo fast food! For some reason, cheese is very high on the list, so I make sure to have some laughing cow wedges, baby bel, and pretzel crisps :)
