Hey everyone!!! I trust that you all are well and enjoying the holiday season.
I'm wishing you all a very merry holiday season,regardless of what holiday you're celebrating.I wanted to catch you all before we all become too busy!
Enjoy the season and know that whether you're taking a break from your routine and way of eating or sticking to your system, we're all here for you.
Please feel free to make as many discussions as you want .I think of this as a community's group, as opposed to my group. I made it because there wasn't another group like this. It's meant to be here even when I'm not around. If anyone else would even like to be admin, just tell me and you'll become one. The group is here for you to be used in whatever way is going to help you in your journey.
