What are your 2013 goals?

Do you want to lose a certain amount of weight or gain muscle? D ou want to start a certain eating plan or workout routine? Run a marathon? etc What will 2013 entail for you?

I want to be constant during 2013 .I want to complete at least one hybrid and 2 other programs perfectly. It's my year of Beach Body program and dvd programs. I'm going to be doing many different programs to educate myself on different methods & things. So, it's my year of education.

    I just want to continue on the path that I am going now. Working out daily ( 1 day rest ) and logging my food in MFP. Focussing on gaining strength and loosing bodyfat.

    I would love to get leaner. My body has way too much fat left lol
