Week 4 done and still no change. My husband says I look a lot tighter though, and I can tell I'm stronger and have higher endurance. I plan on finishing 30DS, but after the holidays will move on to Insanity. I think I need something more b/c this regimine isn't getting me the weight and measurement losses I had hoped for.
