Well I'm finishing up week 3 of Burn and then i'm moving on to Push. I've enjoyed burn. I've incorporated boot camp classes in with the program so I haven't stuck to it 100% but I feel like i'm getting stronger. What is Push like?

    I loved push!!! I am now on second week of Lean and hated it the first 2 circuits but circuit 3 wasn't bad and I didn't mind it today.

    Yeah did lean 1 Yesterday. Forgot how long it was. Not my fav workout but ill stick to it

    I am in my last week of the Push phase. I liked it so much better than Burn. There are fewer reps (6-8), so definitely use heavier weights!
